"I cannot complain about the food, but the service is pretty bad at this place. I wanted to give it a couple of tries but every time it has been the same. We waited up to 45 minutes for 1 pizza and there were only 2 people before us. The other time we waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and the girl was right next to the window she didn't take our order. So if you want a good and fast service this is not the place."

"Unfortunately, we got ripped off here, so watch it! As it is close to an airport hotel where people tend to only spend one night, they think they can get away with it! I paid with a credit card....no problem..a few minutes later the cashier came out with the manager and said the transaction had not gone through. I asked for the receipt telling me so. They said I would see the transaction was pending and would be reversed by the cc company the next day. Normally I don't fall for this kind of stuff, but tired after long flight, I just paid cash- was really hungry. Of course, the next day, I could see that my cc had been charged. A-holes who like to rip off seniors - you should be ashamed!!!"

"Ordered online at 9:01 pm, got the the store at 9:32 pm (app said order ready in 22 to 30 minutes), not ready. Was told that its coming out and will be a few more moments. I pull out of the drive thru because cats were waiting and have my son go in. Not ready. 20 minutes later I go in and was told that the order was accidentally given to someone else and they have to remake it which will be longer. I cancel it, get a refund and leave."

"This store is super small and understaffed. My first visit here was to buy pizza for my son's class so I gave them a pass because they were really busy and I assumed it was because of all the orders from the schools. However today I came to place an order and after waiting 10 minutes was told they are only selling hot & ready pizzas. It was not as packed as before but they were still having a hard time pushing their orders out. They should consider closing this location and getting a bigger space."

"I give it 4 stars because it was fresh and still cheap. Service is okay they are way to understaffed for anything to be hot and ready. More hot and almost ready. It's perfect for picking up on the way home. If your looking for custom made brick oven artisan pizza, this isn't for you. But if you don't want to cook and have 15 bucks in your pocket, it's perfect."
