"Avoid after 7:30 PM. Extremely very slow replenishing pizza, dessert buffet… more concerned about cleaning, closing off access to seating area, to close facility early…. Customer service and quality of food is NON existent humble location"
"I ordered a pizza and asked for well done several times the pizza looks under cooked and so is the veggies nothing about this pizza says well done and it tastes like it's under cooked the plus side it the male I believe is the manger seems nice but the cooks beside one female looks like they could careless about how the mess up food"
"Dirty & raggedy no manager in sight. No ice no one cleaning up no one watching how sloppy these pizzas were. The floors & everything was sticky. There was no salad dressings refilled. There was no pasta sauce. The same three pizzas being made & the workers having their own conversation & not tending to customers. The guy on register didn’t even know what he was doing we stood waiting for him to figure out the cash register for 15 minutes no lie"
"Cicis Pizza is one of my all-time favorite pizza buffets. The food, service, atmosphere, and especially the music are perfect! The variety of pizza is insane that I could eat it all at once! The flavor of the pizzas satisfies my taste buds. As someone who hasn't been to a Cisis in a while, this is definitely a warm welcome back!"
"We used to come here before Covid and it was great now it's just a shame that it has gone downhill. The service was just horrible, and nobody greets you, or helps you if you have questions and literally just stare at you or shrug their shoulders if you ask about pizzas. There weren't many options anymore and you would think by the price you were paying it would be good service and good pizza like before, but no. I'm now seeing all the bad 1 & 2 stars review on this location and management responds but nothing changes. We won't be coming back to this establishment anymore."
