"This store ran out of the Monserella sticks and did not include in my delivery even though I paid for them. I called to tell them I was missing an item. They promised to send the item then called me to notify that they ran out of the Monserella stick. They offered me credit. But called me to tell me they ran out of the item I really wanted. I guess they tried. Hope the credit does show up upon the next order.$15."

"The pizza is hot but fresh I’m not for sure. On my receipt it says large pepperoni pizza but instead I received an Italian sausage pizza. After getting the pizza they told me to not touch the pizza that was wrong. I guess they will re-warm the pizza to serve to someone else. The manager couldn’t get on the phone because she was so busy but I could hear her and a man yelling to tell their employee what to tell me. I haven’t order from this pizza huts in months but now I see why."

"Ordering from Pizza Hut these days is a hit or miss ordeal at best. My experience with this Pizza Hut was far better than expected. Not only was my order ready exactly when they said it would be, but it was hot, fresh, and complete. Received everything I ordered and it was perfect. Very pleasantly surprised! I will definitely order from here again!"

"I've order pizza delivery from this location for over a year. This is the first time I received a bad order. In my order there were 1 large and 2 small pizzas that were burnt. I'm not sure what happened but they should have not served these pizzas. Please treat others the way you yourself and family would like to be treated. The employee and maybe others could and should have recognized this was unexceptionable and made it right instead of allowing it to go out the way it did. I would also like to say I do hope that no other order gets delivered this way."
