"The females working here (can't describe them as ladies, and it's nicer than what I actually think of them) have too much attitude to be selling cheap pizza. Makes the whole experience not worth it."

"They make you order online or on the app because they don’t answer the phone. Maybe you get a call center, but they’re just ordering online for you. Then they cancel your order with no explanation. And continue to not answer the phone. Change the order and try again. They wait until after it’s supposed to be ready and cancel the order again. Like I know Little Caesar’s is cheap, but I didn’t know they were now priding themselves on providing terrible service also."

"I ordered delivery via app and my order never arrived. For some reason it got canceled but I was still charged. I drove to the location because the phones do not work at this place. When I got there the young guy was short and said we don't deliver and walked away. I stood patiently and when the boy walked up to me again I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very calm and polite. After running my order # he seen I was charged and they never made the order. He is making it personally so that no mistakes are made. I can't get upset with him bc as a manager I know good , dependable help is hard to find. Thankfully the tattooed manager was nice and attentive to my issues or I would have walked out with every pizza there lol"
