"I am very disappointed, I bought this refrigerator in November 2022, we paid for it in cash and with insurance. They delivered it to me in January 2023 and that day it arrived incomplete because they said that the panels were not included, when the store never explained that to us. I paid $3,000+ 2 years of insurance for an incomplete product, we spoke to them and they told us that they would send us the panels for free for the error in 3 months. They arrived but one was missing and another 5 months passed like that. During that time they came twice to put the remaining one and they never brought the correct one. Today they told me that they are not going to return my money and that they are not going to resolve me through the panel either. I feel cheated and morally bad because I never thought that a large company They were so irresponsible and that they wanted to keep my money that cost me so much to save to buy it, please if anyone wants one of those refrigerators, do not allow them to be delivered incomplete because that is a theft, I feel that they discriminated against me, they robbed me, I am very sad about that I share my situation"
