"If I could give them a rating of less than one star, this is what this store deserves!! I purchased a television from this store, paying more than I should have for the television. The Nigerian salesman was so busy trying to make a sale with two customers that he could not even sit down with me to explain the terms of the contract. Unbeknownst to me, my contract was outsourced to a RENT TO OWN FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!! I have never rented to own ANYTHING in my entire life!! I was told that if I did not pay this television off within 90 days, I would have to pay $4,000 for a television I could have purchased for $500!! I spoke to a representative of this Financial Institution and they are indeed a rent-to-own finance company!! The salesman DID NOT explain this to me because he wanted to hurry up and make another sale!! I believe this was extremely deceptive because if I would have known I would have NEVER purchased this television on a rent-to-own basis!! I will NEVER purchase anything from Conns again and I will make sure my friends and family are aware of this deception! Note: After exhausting all efforts to resolve my situation, Conn’s and the BBB have dismissed me as disgruntled and with buyers remorse! Neither is correct and I should have known this would be the outcome but I had to try. Please stay away from Conns!!"

"Conns is the place to go for ANY situations for any type of home or personal belongings, it THE SPOT appliances, furniture, gadgets love the place I've been a customer for over 15 years and still #1 go to spot we just purchased a fridge, gas stove and range all LG chose for it's quality & longevity. The floor gentleman that helped us there from start to finish extremely helpful would highly recommend that young man to anyone Nathan is the guy to go too.. thanks for the help when in time in need."
