"K & N sales representative, Raquel W., did an outstanding job of walking me through the process ordering and obtaining a Sub Zero two drawer refrigerator for our kitchen island. At each part of the process, Raquel W. communicated any changes that occurred as well as making most appropriate recommendations to ensure a prompt arrival of the new drawers was completed. On January 8, 2024, the two installers, Cristian C. and Joe A. arrived at our home and began the process of installing the new unit. Both men were most courteous, friendly, and professional. The old refrigerator was carefully removed as were the custom wood panels on the outside of the unit. The new refrigerator was installed along with the custom panels which covered both the upper and lower drawers. Both Cristian C. and Joe A. patiently took their time and worked together as a team to make adjustments to get the wood panels correctly installed on the front of the new refrigerator drawers. Both were excellent and skilled craftsmen that took great pride in their work. It was a true pleasure to have the installation performed in such a caring manner. In conclusion, my kudos to all of the K & N team from start to finish."

"Cristian and Joe came out to my country house and installed a new GE gas stove and oven and a beautiful new Zephyr vent. They were amazing! They did a great job! They were efficient and helpful.
