"We bought a new build house and it came with all the appliances. We had a new dishwasher already so the one that came with our home we installed at my parents home 45 minutes North of College Station. As luck would have it the dishwasher broke and the service guy that came out said it needed to be replaced. Well turns out our builder bought the dishwasher for. Renova Appliance Center. I was prepared to drive to my parents, pick up the broken dishwasher, take it to Renova exchange it, drive all the way back to my parents and install I’m the new one. To my shock the Renova Team went all the way to my parents to exchange the dishwasher!!! I am so impressed!!! When we need anything else we will go to Renova! Talk about amazing customer service!!! "We had such amazing, quick service! We would definitely recommend and use this company again. We worked with Kevin and he was so great! We waited for 6 months from another company for an extra large refrigerator/freezer to fit our 66” in space, but then I reached out to Kevin and he said he could get me a fridge and he had it delivered within a month. He also drove all the way up to Dallas to deliver. We love our new fridge, it’s beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!"
