"I went here but didn't feel safe. Lots of men roaming in the park lot looking in cars ! Three people tried to stop my car looking for work. Will never come back here."
"Lots of "workers" or people looking for work in the parking lot, i mean a lot.. they were drinking beer. Saw 2 that were peeing in the parking lot before i got out. Had 4 coming running up as i exited the store. I understand who they are and why they are here. But Home Depot has to provide some kind of security and peace for the customer. I will be going somewhere else until this problem is resolved. And it's a shame. Cause this was my favorite store"
"I needed some new blinds and decided I get it from Home Depot as it is a convenient location for me. There weren't too many people and I was able to get a store associate quickly to help me. I needed the blinds to be cut as they were too wide. The guy who was helping me was professional and knowledgeable. I bought 3 blinds and after installing it they fit perfectly."
"Ever since Home Depot started pushing everyone to use self checkout the lines at Home Depot are so slow. There are plenty of staff members in the store that could help with checkout and make customers feel valued. Other stores like HEB have self checkout but they still have staff members helping customers checkout in a timely manner. I am beginning to think I need to start looking for alternatives to Home Depot. Customer service is not nearly what it was a few years ago. If you can get what you need from somewhere else I would recommend you consider going there versus Home Depot."
