"My shopping trip was so good up until the last second of exiting this specific location. The cart beeped as you can not take the cart outside. Fine, no problem. I had my 1 year old and bags filled with with the good money spent at this location. I waiting in the foyer for my husband to drive to the front to pick me up as it was raining. The MANAGER, Mona, immediately caused a huge scene…yelling at me to not take the cart outside. I stated, I was not going to go outside but just wait for my husband in their foyer. She argued back and stated that the foyer is considered outside and I needed to get my stuff and my child out of the cart. I informed her that I would do no such thing as I was waiting for my husband to come. Little does she know, I am 7 weeks pregnant and due to some complications, I have been instructed by my OBGYN that I can not lift more than 10 pounds. All over the exact placement of a Burlington shopping cart and a couple inches difference from foyer to store. Shame on the manager for having the worst customer service in her whole store. Shame on her for not showing any kindness or appreciation to her paying customer. People like her should definitely not be in a leadership position. I pray you find kindness in your heart and do a better job as it’s expected from you in the position that you hold as a manager."
"I LOVE shopping here. I literally always walk in expecting to purchase one or two items and leave having spent so much more. But so much fun. The employees are friendly and helpful. The products are varied and of good quality. I’m expecting to spend a lot of time and money here supporting this location."
