"Very disappointed with my order. I went through drive thru, it took forever to get my food. When I got home. I noticed that rice was not warm and very clumpy. Mushroom chicken, had no chicken, mostly mushrooms. On top of all that I pulled this metal wire out of my mouth that was in my rice/chow-mein mix. Scary! I was sharing this plate with my child!"

"Went through drive-thru on 8/11. They just opened and don’t understand why the food was not hot and fresh. I ordered the bowl with white rice and fire chicken with Rangoons. Everything was like warm and the rangoons tasted stale. Very disappointed. Customer service was mediocre."
"It seems like everytime i come to this location there is something wrong with my order, this is the 3rd time. I just picked up a plate and was surprised to see my "beef and broccoli" was old broccoli and 2 pieces of beef, I attached a photo. The time before this i ordered Beijing beef, the worker said they didn't have it anymore (despite the fact that a new batch was brought out literally after I ordered) so I ordered orange chicken instead. I got hard stale chicken and when I asked if I could get some of the fresh cooked chicken instead (i had half a piece) the cashier rolled her eyes and took my plate. Is decent service that much to ask for? This is definitely my last time coming to this location, I recommend the other location in the east fwy."
"I just came here with my son through the drive through. I ordered him the orange chicken and noodles with a sweet tea. Thankfully I checked his food before leaving the parking lot because the lady got his order wrong. I went back through the drive through and told her and she didn't say she was sorry or want to take accountability at all. I ended up just ordering another thing of orange chicken. So they messed up and got more money out of me smh"
