"Quit coming here awhile back due to poor quality of food being served either cold or poorly made and decided to give it another chance and this is what they decided to serve.. an VARY OLD hotdogs weiner that's been reheated and sitting all day? It looks absolutely disgusting.. never again."
"Screen wasn’t working on the three menus we pulled up to push the button no one ever answered got in line at the drive-through waited 15 minutes just to tell them that I had an online order for two drinks everyone else’s order, except for my two drinks were coming out literally took an hour to get my drinks The worst sonic I have been to and all of my travels around South Texas will not be returning"
"Just got my new fave drink, diet cherry limeade with dragon fruit added thru the app. I was so touched that the carhop took the time to write "have a nice day" on the lid. And they made the drink the best of the few spots I've had it from! Will be going back!"
"Ordered 3 ice cream blasts and none were mixed properly. The chocolate chip cookie dough only had cookie doe on top so the bottom 3/4 was just ice cream. Never saw any chocolate chip. The others were the same 3/4 just ice cream on bottom. Not satisfied. Sonic needs an update."
"Completely horrible location. I order ahead and still had to wait. I order 2 grilled cheese double burgers the Not only was the Pattie’s burnt but my double burgers was only singles. My shake had no churro and no cherry. My husband didn’t have a cherry had hardly any at all. Didn’t find all this out until we drove all the way home Tried doing a survey but sonic didn’t have a survey. Tried calling the location but no answer. Will never order through the sonic app again because it is inefficient and ineffective."
