Stopped by to pickup my shoes and the store was closed despite my arrival after the opening time posted online and on the store window. Cancelled my order with Hibbett and picked up the shoes I wanted at another local retailer."

I left because why would I patronize a business where you can't be greeted and the place is unprofessional"

"I called around for a specific pair of shoes. The salesperson at this store knew his stuff. I went to the store and was kindly helped out by the staff. This was a busy Christmas Eve and they still had what I needed. I came back on 12/26 to exchange the shoes with my family and although they didn’t have the sizes we wanted in all variations, they were helpful in finding alternatives. Not a five star because attitudes could’ve been a bit more friendly all around."
