"Picked up an online order from Humble location. Got home to 2 of the orders messed up. Called up to the store 2 times. 1st time somebody answered and hung up. 2nd time somebody answered and and didn’t say anything. I said hello a few times and could hear movement and noise from the other end for about 2 mins and then you hear the click where they hung the phone up. Never going to the Humble location again!"
"I appreciate the organic food however , the manager at this location was incredibly rude and absolutely not interested in discussing different options with us when we inquired about different meats and toppings. I will not return to this location, the other employees were very kind, the manager who was female light skinned African American lady needs more training in customer service."
"By far the best Chipotle location I have been to. The service was fast, accurate, & tasty. At other location I have experienced the food being too salty, the chicken overcooked, the burrito not wrapped tight enough, or the beverage station neglected. Congratulations to the staff for getting the little thing right!!!"
"I placed my order online. I waited for it to open so I was the first person in the restaurant this morning. The staff did not greet me so I went to the ladies room to wash my hands. I returned back to the counter and just stood watching the staff. Finally I was acknowledged and still had to wait 5 extra minutes beyond the promised pickup time. The restroom was just as nasty as the kitchen area and you can clearly see that the floor has not been swept or mopped in days. There was also food on the counter so it was really obvious thay the staff doesn't clean. There is no excuse for this restaurant to look this dirty upon opening to the public. I will not be returning to this location. Poor management, otherwise this location would be in top shape...especially for such a popular area near the mall."
"The Hispanic ladies that work here terrible attitudes. They roll their eyes at people & look at people like they're stupid. The food is mediocre at best & so not worth $20 for a kids meal & 2 tacos. My mom asked for a lil Queso blanco on her food & instead they gave her a cup of it & charged $3."
