Taco Bell

"I pulled up this location's menu in Google because my co-worker was going to go pick up lunch. I ordered a crave box with the following items: crunch wrap supreme, crunchy taco, fiesta potatoes and an iced tea. The price of the crave box was $5.99, which I thought was a good deal. Mind you, this is available online for order, at their location. My co-worker calls me and says they no longer have the crave boxes. I tell her to just order the same food without the crunchy taco. She then tells me that they are telling her they don't have a crunch wrap supreme. I tell her there's no way and that they have those at every location around here. Then they correct themselves and say they do have it. We hang up. When my co-worker returns, she tells me they didn't give her iced tea and instead some yellow colored drink. Upon receiving my food, the crunch wrap was extremely thin and barely had any meat in it. I was basically eating mouthfuls of lettuce. I would've gotten a salad if I wanted to eat lettuce. The yellow drink tastes like water. I don't even know what it even was. It literally had no flavor. I paid $11.77 for this. I will never get food here again."

"Dinning are was dirty , no worker were there to take orders we had to eventually had t9 order on kiosk. Minutes later workers came out of break room... no one greeted me when i walked in! Last time at that location."

"Just ordered food from the app and they gave us drinks and told us to pull to the side while they got the food. 10 minutes and several cars went by and we finally got our food. But we didn’t get all our food. Part of our order were 2 cravings boxes and since they didn’t use actual boxes like they’re supposed to, it was all a mess and we couldn’t tell everything that was there. Noticed a couple things missing then went back and got them. After getting home, noticed one of the main items in one of the cravings boxes was missing completely. There were 6 people working and it wasn’t that busy. I’m not driving all the way back again for their dumb mistake."

"I don’t leave reviews a lot but tonight I was in awe. This Taco Bell was packed like any Taco Bell is on a Saturday night at 11-12 pm, and the girl working the drive through was a boss. Props to whoever was in the kitchen too. But this girl was the only one I saw. She was flying through orders entering them in as they drove up and had everyone’s drinks and sauces waiting for their food lined up. Food was fresh and order was right. This girl needs a raise lol."
