"I have a cousin who jus started working and he doesn’t function well like normal human beings and the GM Vero AKA Veronica was talking mess and trash about him in Spanish. And it’s crazy because they hired him as a janitor, he doesn’t work on the cash register. She only uses him so he can clean the building. It’s sad to see an old lady who is the general manager talking trash to her employees."

"Don't get me wrong I love Burger King but this whole thing about the shake machine being down or broken or we don't have shakes has just got to stop at some point. I mean I've gotten plenty of shakes from this location recently so I know they have them but yet I was told that they don't have them this evening. I was told that over the weekend and here it is Wednesday and it's still like that? come on... If this is from laziness it's not that hard been in management at a Dairy Queen I know all about disassembling these machines and cleaning them and putting them back together it's tedious yes but it's not very hard. You break it down at the end of the night and then you put it back together before you open in the morning. I don't understand how or why store managers and district managers constantly allow this to happen, it's not like I'm the only one that complains about it. I mean at least remove it from your menu if you're not going to serve it or pick and choose when you serve it. Other than that I have no complaints. I mean it's Texas you guys 90% of the time it's hotter than hell ice cream is definitely a good thing to have and it sells! This is the location by Deerbrook Mall in humble Tx. Oh the last thing I'll say is the day shift ... I never have any complaints.. I even get a shake if I need it the night shift is a different story."

"Order on my mobile App food for my son. I went to the drive thru as my pick up preference. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. The took over 25 minutes after they had told me on the intercom “ One Moment “ that was ridiculous. Service was bad and the location was worse. Only the menu from the drive thru had lights. The WHOLE building was without power but all the other businesses were lit. I canceled my mobile order and went straight to Chick Fil A"
