"I ate at many Peking ducks places both in China and in the States (San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, Las Vegas, etc.). This was the best Peking duck I have had so far. The skin, the meat, the wraps, the sauce, and the scallions were just right with so much flavor. So I ate here twice within a week. It was really good. As far as the Sichuan dishes here, I think they were okay, still good flavor but for me they were too sweet. And I am looking forward to going back again in the future (very close to the IAH airport)."
"We LOVE Bamboo House! We drive about an hour to get here and it is so worth it every time. The waitstaff is so sweet, and the food is out of this world!!!! Everything is family style so large portions. I get the mango shrimp and I dream about it honestly!"
"If you’re looking for the most authentic Chinese food in the area, this is the place to be! I’ve been here several times and their food is always consistent. I just wish their service would be as consistent as their food, but it’s a hit and miss depending who you were assigned to. Nevertheless, it’s a must-try if you’re in the area!"
"Best. Peking. Duck. Ever. Worth the drive just for that. Perfect crispy skin and supplements. The free duck soup was cherry on the cake - it was delicious too. Authentic Chinese flavors. Fun fact: they were the first restaurant in Houston to prepare Peking Duck the traditional way Super friendly and fast service. Fair prices. I recommend 150%"
