"Terrible customer service. A cashier literally complained to her coworker in front of me about how much she wanted her cashier shift to end, and dropped the bag aggressively on the counter, threw the receipt inside with a quick and moody “have a nice day”. Heads up to brandy, hire girlies who actually WANT to do their job next time!"

"Horrible costumer service and ethics, not all the girls are like this working at this location but the majority are. Out of all the brandy melvilles i’ve been to I have never had issues until now, giving costumers weird looks and speaking badly of them the second they walk away! Please have some respect you work in retail you are not all that you get minimum wage to be treating others poorly. judging others based off their looks and accusing of stealing following around is embarrassing, being rude isn’t cute and speaking about costumers in front of their face is just ugly energy half of these girls need to work on themselves rather then judging people trying to shop. I saw a comment as well stating they are racist too I can see that it’s embarrassing for girls to be acting like they own the place someone really needs to manage this Brandy Melville it’s just embarrassing I really didn’t want to leave a review I do feel bad for these girls they just need to learn some respect."

"I’ve shopped at brandy here multiple times and have always had a good experience with every other employee. There is one in particular that I have over heard making comments about other girls to her coworkers, how “they would be the type to steal”. ??? What does that even mean?? Every time i’ve gone she is sitting in the fitting room and speaks to me as she is disgusted!! It wasn’t until recently she rang me up and I got her name (had found on the receipt) I think Juliana should be re evaluated about customer service etiquette. It made me feel unwelcomed that she was speaking with me as if I was below her, such a bratty and entitled attitude! There are great employees who work here, one in particular short with long hair who has always been helpful and chatty when I would check out. After the one overheard conversation I listened to while I was in the fitting room about stereotyping theft on certain individuals, don’t think I will be returning to this store."

"Such an amazing and supportive experience. All the employees here were very nice and helpful, especially Aubrey, who helped me find the items I was looking for and checked me out. They also have really cute items which work for year-round dress. Will be coming back!"
