"Did the AC break or something It’s hotter in the store than outside!! I am not one of those people who are bothered by the heat but the temperature in there wasn’t pleasant felt like 80 degrees or more in there . I’ll come back again when the issue is addressed . This the second weekend I come and same thing No AC ."
"I always come to this Burlington because I live close by and it has always been great till winter started. The store is extremely hot and stuffy you can’t even shop. This is Texas you need the AC on at all times."
"This location wasn’t the best. The store is on a smaller scale. There wasn’t a large selection of home goods. Just seemed to have low inventory the last 2 times I visited. Great location, clean, good parking."
"So this store literally kicked us out at 10:30 when they close at 11…they turned the lights off and yelled across the store asking if we were ready to leave. When I asked why they were closing early their only response was “because the lights turned off” as if the 2 workers weren’t the ones to turn them off. I’m visiting from a different state with little time to spend with my friend doing the things we love like shopping and the two rude workers had to cut it short. It would have been one thing if they asked us nicely but no they turned the lights off while we were in the store and yelled at us to check out…a shame that customer service is so rude these days."
"With holidays approaching I assume this is the reason their merchandise is scattered throughout the store. Clearance and reg priced clothing mixed on racks, sizes were mixed as well. Was not an enjoyable atmosphere in my opinion. Good selection of products just need to dig to find what you are shopping for."
