"Our ice maker went out before Thanksgiving. It took four different repair people and 8 weeks to get it fixed. From broken parts being ordered from Amazon to repair people not showing up and canceling appointments this is my last experience with Sears!!"

"Diagnosis involved water valve that was not needed. The repair crew knew so little about the product they refused providing service because the built-in unit was not pulled-out from its enclosure. I’m fact all service was provided (by others) from the front which your technicians never investigated or anticipated. We rate your service a complete failure and have requested all our prepayment returned."

"If I could given them a zero I would. I had a repair of a washer and a refrigerator in the last month or so. Their technicians throw parts at the problem rather than perform troubleshooting and a correct diagnosis. One tech never took out any tools or opened any panels or even touched the appliance. No 2 techs come to the same conclusion. But they all order parts and run. There is no corporate phone number to reach a person. All automation with no options to talk to a person. The technicians work like they know you can’t even complain about them. This is the only way I’ve found to voice my frustration. Steer clear of A&E!!!"

"Charles was quick, like I barely got off the phone with Sears customer service and he was already out at my house within an hour, if that! I was pleasantly surprised. He was very efficient and let me know what the issue was and the solution. Great customer service too (on the phone) and in person. Thanks Charles!"
