"Last night (08-23-2023), Wednesday at 08:25 pm, my wife tried to go into this location and the door was closed for business, and this is 35 minutes prior to the closing time, and I called from home to the store no one answer the phone for the first two attempts, then a woman answered and told me the store will be closing in 10 minutes, and I asked the lady how come your front door is closed where my wife couldn’t enter, she hung up on me. Once my wife came home we both drove down to the store at 08:40 pm and the door was opened that time, when I inquired as to why the closed business for regular subway customers, she couldn’t answer and with a attitude she walked inside and never came back. I met this couple and they complained the same situation which had happened to them on the same time few minutes before my wife arrived to the store, but she had opened the door for them and he said it was 08:20 pm. This is BAD BUSINESS FOR SUBWAY …. This woman who worked last night shift should be under disciplinary action.. she doesn’t know neither her job nor any customer service at all.. all she got is “ ATTITUDE “"
"I came into this location on Thursday May 19, 2022, I bought a 6in turkey breast and a 6in cold cut. As soon as I ate my cold cut around 5pm, I started to feel nauseated and dizzy. I threw up the sandwich, and continued to throw up all night long. I'm still sick and can't keep anything down. My chest and back hurts like hell. From dry heaving all night and morning. They need to do better"
"Great service! The freshest ingredients! I'm a huge fan of their cheesy bread and tuna. I personally forego the side order of chips to grab a freshly-made peanut butter cookie (it's so soft). Made-to-order and fresh foods are the best! Would you agree?"
