"found it on Google decided to try it and it was GREAT!!! The new hot sausage PO BOY is BUSSIN' !!! They use the AUTHENTIC HOT SAUSAGE just like in New Orleans and the house sauce they put on it is really good. My wife and I tried small servings of a bunch of different things in the menu and everything was good ! NOT over done/seasoned , not greasy, not fried too hard it was just right!!! WILL BE BACK SOON"
"I came across this place while looking on Maps for restaurants in the area and saw there were some great reviews! I ordered the 12 piece combo that came with 4 catfish filets, 4 shrimp, and 4 oysters and I chose red beans and rice and onion rings for the sides. Another reviewer said they are the best onion rings they ever had, and I have to agree. They're huge and crunchy and tasty along with their unique tarter sauce. The shrimp were huge and delicious and the oysters were my favorite part, perfectly crispy and not over cooked. The catfish were decent size and perfect as well. Everything was top tier fried food that makes you feel good!"
"I found another jewel and this time it's in HUMBLE!!! I had plans to meet up with a friend to make up for missing her birthday dinner a few weeks ago, so I looked for a Black owned business close to her side of town and found Georgia's Catfish Kitchen on Google and let's just say we BOTH ended up leaving with great gifts!! From the friendly welcome to the awesome assistance with ordering, Scott was a pleasant representative of the GCK brand. From the mouth-watering assortment of freshly prepared items on the menu, I selected the regular size Catfish & shrimp box which came with not 1, but TWO sides.... I selected for and Seasoned green beans and I HAD to try a cup of the gumbo. The fish & shrimp were seasoned perfectly and were fried JUST RIGHT!! The only thing I didn't like about the gumbo was that I got a cup when I should have gotten a BOWL!!! EVERYTHING WAS DEEEEEE-LICIOUS!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!"
