"I came in for a visit as i was passing thru humble and my experience was pretty bad. My waiters name was stephanie and she was really rude to us she told us plenty of times if we didn’t like her service we could f’ing leave and than she also had a really bad smell lingering around her. i asked for the manager a couple times and she said there was no manager on duty"
"The customer service was great! Now the food was not… breadsticks were old, they were hard and no flavor… I had the shrimp Alfredo, the shrimp tasted like dirt… the chicken parm was ok, definitely was not worth the $50+ spent. Id definitely like a refund since all my food went to the trash…"
"I have been going to this location for years. However the last two times I attempted to eat here on a romantic date with my husband we ended up just leaving without ever receiving service. We sat there for over 15 minutes the first time without being asked what we like to drink, or a visit from any server so we left. A few months later we decided to give them another try and this time we sat over 20 minutes. A waitress kept saying I'll be over in a few minutes to get your drink order in twice and after 20 minutes we ended up just leaving again. Twice and that's it. I'd never come here again. I doubt I'll even bother with any olive garden again. We went to Italianos after the second time we had to leave here and we already had our food in 20 minutes. The service at this olive garden is ridiculous ."
"I am absolutely impressed!!! This place has improved since the world got crazy!!! The food was hot, delicious and seasoned perfectly. Our waiter (Patrick) was very attentive and friendly...a rare thing now days. We will definitely start coming back again."
"The food was delicious and the service was great. The salad, pasta and soup were on point with no complaints. The waitress was very attentive with us and would refill our drinks, check up on us, make light conversation and we would all be smiling and laughing. Great food and great atmosphere."
