"Put an order that came with three drinks. They did not give me the drinks I came back. They did not apologize nor did they give me a cup holder."
"Went through the drive thru Dec 23 around 6:40pm and the two young men at the drive thru window said a slur thru the intercom. I asked them to repeat what they said and one of them proceed to laugh. When I pulled up to the window they kept hiding their face cause they knew I was recording. One of them had mid length dreads and I couldn't see the other guy cause like I said they kept trying to hide cause they know they were in the wrong. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Definitely need to retrain your employees"
"Whoever was working the night time crew at around 10:10 pm cst on 10/15/2023 was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting at at all whatsoever. The crew members I’m talking about was the African American boy with dreads/braids at the window and also the Hispanic guy who was taking the orders. You would expect better because I’ve been here plenty times before but because of them I want to take my business down the street because of their attitude and lack thereof. The black guy did not even give me my receipt he just closed the windows on me. I have gone there plenty of times to get food but crew members like that make customers want to order and take their business elsewhere. I totally didn’t deserve to be treated like that."
"Typical fat food burger place...what more can you say? I was a bit disappointed today though...I always get the sourdough burger because of the flavor mix and extra juiciness. Today's burger was much dryer than usual...tasted like the bread was dried out. Unfortunate."
