"Horrible experience leasing a laptop for a temporary time while my wfh laptop was in repair .Carlos is incompetent and accusatory and I wouldn’t be surprised if his last job was from McDonald’s . Go to rent a center instead they won’t treat you like a common criminal."

"Absolutely worse customer service ive ever experienced. The store manager at this location is completely unprofessional. He has hung up on us. Screamed at us over the phone. He harassed my family for a payment that was 6 days late. They keep loudly banging on my door pushing my doorbell repeatedly scaring my children...continuously calling..message after message. Charging more money because he is sending trucks out..we have been in contact with corporate multiple times because it's pretty excessive. Thats a different complaint because the regional manager has yet to reach out. Personally he shouldn't work there anymore..treating people the way he does is completely unacceptable."

"Had the best experience I've ever had looking for furniture. I really dislike looking fir furniture but Beyonce, Krishona, and Marvin definitely made my experience easy, smooth, and quick. Every question I had was answered. They greeted every time I came there . They made it easy so I didn't have to keep going to different stores. They were very professional and informative as well as very kind every time I went in. Made another purchase today unexpectedly and was gladly assisted by all three. I've lived in many cities and this by far was the easiest and quickest time I bought and received my furniture and I haven't been in my place a month yet plus traveling for work made time hectic. "I called this location after work to inquire about a computer for my sons schooling and there was this nice man named Marvin that answered the phone . He was very knowledgeable and on point with all the information every question he answered and was very polite. I let him know I would be there before they closed . I got to the store and filled out the required paper work. Mr. Marvin had already had a list of computers that where best for online schooling needs and at a great price . I was so impressed .
