"The truck that just returned to the store on Jan 20 at 545P unit 37428 should be investigated for unsafe driving after speeding down Jones Rd (passed me like I was parked - I was maintaining the speed limit), narrowly missed slamming into the back of a red sedan and came within centimeters of sideswiping my vehicle trying to get around a small bottleneck of traffic at the light at Jones & 1960. I understand he needs to return before the store closes but putting other lives in danger is unacceptable. I attempted to file a complaint with the 1-800 2ADVISE but since your trucks aren’t properly marked with the unit number I was unsuccessful. Poor image of business."

"After my last experience. I will never be going back to any Aaron’s ever. I don’t care how good of a customer I am. I always pay my account on time. I payed off one account with them. & I decided to get some other furniture from them. & it was the worst ideal and decision I ever made. They have the worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. They told me my furniture would be at my house on a pacific day. & when I called & asked them about it they changed it & told me they will bring it the next day. That was strike one. Okay So strike two. I payed my account I’m on automatic payments. So the finance manager. Calls me & tells me about a payment & I told him I just payed the payment. Then he goes on & says something about a product. That the GM/STORE MANAGER. Was supposed to fix on my account. Well he never fixed it. He was out on vacation or off or something like that. They told me he will call me when he gets back in the store on Tuesday. Still tell this day he has not called me & it been over 3 in a half weeks now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. & VERY UNORGANIZED. I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED."
