"The cashiers and associates were great but had a terrible experience with the assistant manager.Simply tried to return a product that I was not able to use due to the “hooks” not placed in right . Assistant manager did not help me, had a terrible attitude and now I am stuck with shoes I won’t be able to use in the future. I simply wanted my money back :/ wouldn’t recommend going there if she’s working."
"Melrose is clean. Everything’s in it place. Customer Service is ok. Tried to use the fitting rooms but customer service was too busy to help. We never use the fitting room and waited about 10 minutes before giving up."
"Not a huge fan of Melrose for myself, but my grand daughter loves this place, she is very picky and always finds great styles and reasonable prices. "I usually run in this store when my son is taking an hour class at St. Philips College. Clean store. It was hard to find the register worker. She was in the back for too long to check me out. Other then that is was nice."
