"I was supposed to have 15% off in my entire purchase and the store did not apply this discount. I spent $300.00 because the store told me about the 15% discount.When I arrived at home I checked the receipt and I called the manager of store and she said she can't do anything about. It is very disrespectful towards a client who have spend too much money on this store. I don't recommend this store to anyone."

"This store is fully stocked with all of your organizational needs. There are tons of clear bins, drawers, wicker and woven baskets, and kitchen items. You can design your own closet. There are fully assembled examples to look at in the store. The kitchen section included everything from food storage to pots and pans. The bedroom section had bed risers and lighting options. There's a lot of items such as candles, pens, kids toys, and more of you are looking for a gift. There is plenty of parking. There are can registers on the front and side of the store for a quick check out."

"Definitely not what it used to be. I remember feeling welcomed right when you step into the place. Now I feel like they’re pissed your there. They used to go out of their way to ask you if you needed help, and now, if you ask for help, they appear very annoyed. All of them. They don’t even seem as familiar with their own products anymore. Weird. They love to push you to the website, even if you don’t seem like you want to, and that’s why you’re there in person lol. Oh well. Hope it goes back to normal."

"Just had the best experience with Hope. She was so patient and helpful with my returns and new purchases. The credit card swiper wasn't working and she patiently entered my 3! gift cards manually. So nice to have a friendly employee at the end of the day taking her time instead of rushing me. A shout out also to Gavin who also was exceptionally kind and helpful."
