"Simply wanted to return my online order or exchange for a different item. Waited and waited by the registers but no cashier came. Then finally one shows up but tells me I need to go to the register in the front room (which I never saw because it's the world's tiniest table in the corner) and then checks out another customer. I get to the front room, and the cashier THERE tells me I have to go the register I just came from. I told her they wouldn't take care of me there, but she just kept arguing that I had to go to the back, which now had a line of 4 people. Ended up leaving without getting my return processed. Very dismissive and unorganized staff."

The staff are so kind and understanding. One staff member even celebrated with me when I realized I had ginger down a size. I cannot get over how great the customer service is at this location.
