"I had a terrible experience and staff talks down to me. I bought shorts that were marked down from 44.50 to only $10.00 (great deal) so the rack said... My Partner wanted to get pants so he went to the men's section where pants were marked down from 48 to $8.00. It also said on the rack "BUY ONE GET ONE" so he got the same kind of pants just in a different color. As we approach the counter to pay, my clothes ring up just fine. Exactly as the rack says, but not his... The employee tells us that one pair of pants cost $17.00 and the other cost $48.00 I said well the sign is wrong on the entire rack you should take it down. She send an employee to take it down. I notice the customer next to us having the same problem. The other cashier makes the remark "why would we sell pants for $8.00?" I responded that my shorts were marked down from 44.50 to $10.00 so it is not a crazy assumption. I say ok well these are the same pants just in different color can you at least ring up the buy one get one free deal it says on the rack. They say no. I say well why not? That sign is also on the same rack. She says that sign was for a different section. We would never do that. This is not our fault. I tell her well she has tell 2 wrong signs and she should take them both down. Then I ask why the same pair of pants (just in different colors) are such different pricing and she said she didn't know. After everything we continue to pay, our bill comes out to aroun $45.00 We hand the girl a $50.00, she ask us if we have anything smaller (store being packed today). It's only $5.00 in change why do you need a smaller bill!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't find a mangarer so I told the employee to take down both signs myself becuase she hadn't done so after all of that."
