"I don’t know wheee to start but the day/ morning weekday manager is NOT manager material. He’s rude, not really helpful and it’s not a one time thing, had a hole in the concrete that was ignored for months, I fell in and tumbled over with my basket, not one apology!! And afterwards they put up a barricade for one day and then it went away, asked this manager and he was damn rude! Very sad that no one even cared enough to keep it barricaded until it was fixed! And speaking to the afternoon lady manager about a product she was gout to check on, she never called me back, she said she would let me know what she found out, never heard back! And today asking about another empty shelf item I was told it was the vendor, wake up! If the vendor is not doing his job, fire them!! It’s your problem, not his! Bottom line is this store has management problems!!! It’s obvious, worst HEB in the area! Get new management!!"

"We bought a prime rib over the counter from the meat department. Come Christmas Eve, when we open it to cook it for dinner, we find that the bones were cut from the meat and tied with twine. This is unacceptable. The meat and the bone are supposed to be one piece for it for it to cook correctly. We are now cooking two pieces. The more it is cooked the bone piece is separated from the rest of the meat. For the amount of money we spent on this, we are very disappointed in HEB. Unlikely we are going to continue shopping with them if this is the quality we are to expect."

"Went to the bakery Nov. 17th in the evening. Two men were working... I picked a cake out for my daughters birthday, and I asked the guy helping me to write on my cake, and he said he would try.. but then he passed it over to the other guy, and I honestly hope yall train them better doing writing on the cakes. I didn't wanna hurt his feelings, so I took the cake anyway. I never had this happen to me, so I'm still shocked .. cake was good, the hand writting is like a child wrote it. I'm still in disbelief!! Please get people who can properly write on the cake, and if they're unable to, then please tell them it'll be horrible, be honest."

"So I ordered cupcakes for my kids class for her birthday. I ordered all vanilla. Ordered them a week ahead of time. We ended up with half vanilla and half chocolate. We had the original invoice copy and someone changed it on the store copy. Then I go to pick up my groceries today and I get a partially empty taped up box of cokes. Why?! They said “that’s what we do when it’s the last box in stock” then tell me I have to go back to the store to return it if I want a refund. That’s just piss poor customer service if you ask me and not my first couple problems here."
