"This was my first visit to San Antonio and my husband was just showing me around. We stepped into Tory Burch, which happened to be the same location my husband bought me my first Tory Burch purse, and Isaac was so sweet and fun. We had a great time chatting and sipping some champagne. I really had a great experience and wanted to share :)"

"I’d give zero stars if I could. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walk into the store and head to the shoes, since I know exactly what I want. I take one of the display shoes and sit and wait. Not once did any employee greet me or ask if I needed help. I notice one customer waiting by the shoes and I heard another in the dressing room. Both being assisted by one employee, Jasmine. As I’m waiting, I noticed almost all the other employees migrating to the back of the store. A few more customers walk in and they walk out and head straight to them, I STILL have not been greeted or ask I’ve I need assistance. Now I’m sitting on the couch, in plain sight, every employee at this point has made eye contact with me and still nothing. I’m not one to pull a “Karen” or make anything about race, however, I did notice that every single customer that came in and left after me, were white. And almost every employee rushed to help them. When the customers left, they all migrated straight to the back of the store as if it were empty. Again, I’m the last person to make ANYTHING about race, but in the 10-15 minutes I was waiting, I started noticing a pattern. I then asked for a manager, and thats when Jasmine came out. She apologized and actually gave me the time of day which took no more than 5 minutes. Target employees treat their customers one hundred times better than this. Now I get it, it’s a luxury store, you have a certain clientele you’re targeting. Maybe I was dressed or “looked” the part. But if an undercover shopper, top executive or CEO from Tory Burch decided to randomly come in wearing a baseball cap, yoga pants and not “look” the part, and got the same treatment I did today. Do you think you’d get any kind of praise or “Now that’s how you treat people”? It’s 2021 and you’re all adults, do you really need retraining on how to treat people? Have a blessed."

"The employees were really nice and helpful, Jacquelyn greeted us with the most kind and warmest experience we’ve ever had at the mall. My first time ever stepping foot in a Tory Burch store and it was amazing! I will be back. Jacquelyn was really good at selling us a hand bag and a wallet, her style is immaculate. talking to her was like talking to an old friend somehow, it wasn’t ever awkward."

"It's was a great experience. I had called on Wednesday and the manager held a pair of sandals for me and I went in Friday morning and picked them up! I told her I had waited two years to buy them and she said if I wanted anything else just to call her and she would send them to me since I lived in Dayton, Texas! Great customer service! She was a spicey mess!"

"Terrible customer service!!! Bought a new cross body purse 3 months ago and the flap is tearing on both sides. Went into the store and they called this "normal wear and tear"! They won't do anything and for a $300+ bag you think they would have good quality. They lost a customer from me and I take very good care of my bags."
