"Went in for exchange, never given a receipt for that exchange at all from older lady she jst traded it so if I need to return that set I can’t. … Younger Hispanic female opening in the front w the older Hispanic lady is rude to people . She seemed annoyed people are calling about hello kitty as if it’s hurting her pockets and not making sales in the store. Store associates need better attitude. Also found a shirt w no tags probably part of a set someone stole , normally they would put it on clearance rack which is where it was , but didn’t have a sticker lady wouldn’t let me buy it until “7 days” this location is clueless . Took them about 10 mins to even look up and see what the item was apart of and there was a whole line behind me . They didn’t even find it . Opening crew needs better attitude and proper training in the front . First time ever having a weird / off experience at this location . Store is changing for the negative. Should of spent $75 at the almo ranch location where everyone is friendly and happy to help."
