"I’d leave 0 stars if I could I brought my husbands cousin who is in our care and my younger sister to shop for prom dresses and was told sense I wasn’t neither of there moms we wouldn’t be able to try more than two dresses on. Not all kids have there parents involved in their lives and that’s not something I should have to explain in front of them it’s fine though I’ll take my money else where and I hope other mixed families do too"

"Came to look at wedding dresses, looked for about 15 minutes. Picked out two dresses to try on, and the lady told me no I have to make an appointment. There was no one in the store by the way. I asked if there was an appointment today and she said to make one Saturday at 3:00pm. Weird she didn't tell me when I browsed for 15 minutes, and there was absolutely no one else there. You can try on the other dresses though, that aren't wedding."

"The dresses were great but be prepared to only find your perfect dress in only 6 try ons per person. When we were told my sister and friend couldn’t try on any more dresses an explanation was that the reason was due to “being family owned”. Not to mention the dresses were extremely over priced. Also, we received no help other than having a dress taken off a mannequin and was told they could not take off dresses on mannequins off the floor. My sister also went back to buy the dress after being held and it was put back after 2 hours. Would not recommend."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my daughter into the store to try on prom dresses! My daughter grabbed an xl ( which she had been trying on at other stores all day and they fit) , the lady takes them from my arm and says she’ll put them In a fitting room for my daughter to try! She then proceeded to tell my daughter she should be trying a 2x not an xl. While my daughter was in the fitting room this lady proceeded to tell me they don’t allow them to try dresses that won’t fit because they can damage the dresses. I was LIVID! I showed her pictures of my daughter In an xl and told her we knew her size she had been trying dresses all day! My daughter has lost 85 lbs & is already self conscious she doesn’t need an employee who is supposed to lift them up not be telling her what size she thinks she wears! This lady needs fired to be honest! I will never shop here ever again because of your rude employee! & by the way the xl DID fit my daughter- maybe something is wrong with your eyes - that’s why your tracks were showing. You have caused my daughters confidence that she has gained from losing weight this last year to lower!"
