"I traveled over 60 miles just to come see Cecelia at shapers at Ingram mall. After undergoing a hysterectomy and tummy tuck, Cecelia knew exactly what I needed for my post op surgery. When I got here, Cecelia taught me how to give myself a lymphatic massage and also assisted with my shapewear (09021) It gave me peace of mind and comfort seeing Cecelia. "This is my second time purchasing from shapers once at culebra and now at Ingram. I normally order online through another company but the sizing was off and I didn't have time to reorder. Deandra whose the manager, helped me both times. She’s awesome, very patient and attentive. I needed a strapless bra and Faja to cinch in my body with high compression for a specific body con dress, I showed Deandra the dress that I'm going to be wearing and it just so happened that she showed me a picture of herself and has the same exact dress but just in a different color..lol.. so she knew exactly what I needed for that dress and considering that I have my flaws on my body after four children she was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and I was very happy with my purchases. she didn’t hesitate to help me and was knowledgeable about the product..mind you I had my baby with me so she was very understanding and no hesitation of my needs. She has superior customer service and I highly recommend the Ingram location! My husband loves how both pieces look on me. I Will definitely always purchase again in store."
