"This place is huge but loved it. All the clothes, shoes and home decor. Lot of choices on great deals and prices. Definitely want to visit again. Can't believe haven't been here before. Will come again for sure."

"My trip to Burlington Coat Factory today was, bar none, the worst retail experience I have ever had in my life. We arrived at the Burlington at 3PM, and it really wasn’t too busy. After browsing for a bit, we headed to the front to check out. Unfortunately, we were cued in too late to the fact that the line extended all the way to the back of the store. Being that Burlington reported a Q3 revenue of $2.29B, I hopped in line and expected it to move quickly. At 5:30PM, I arrived at the front of the line, having waited two hours. When I finally made it to the front, I observed that there were only two cashiers and a manager who was not ringing up guests. Amy, the manager, claimed to be “well aware” of the situation but did not call for all available cashiers until the situation had been going on for hours. I watched her stock and rearrange giftcards for about 15 minutes. As anyone who works in retail could tell you, prioritization is essential and the guest should always be the number one priority. While I did find some good items at a discount price, I would much rather take my hard-earned money to a thrift store or even Ross. I will not be returning to Burlington Coat Factory in this lifetime."

"I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location due to the sorry excuse of a manager named Amy. Despite a long line wrapping around the entire store, all she did was dilly dally instead of assisting cashiers. She said she was well aware of the extremely long line as well as being understaffed, yet continued to stand around rearranging gift cards. Her lack of urgency and rude demeanor towards customers as well as her own employees left customers waiting far longer than necessary. Unacceptable service."

"My husband and I love coming here for Christmas shopping and there’s plenty of items to buy. The only thing I hate is the line. I had to do an exchange and the line was super long so I left. I went to the layway station in hopes to get an exchange and she told me I had to wait in line. Even when you come during the week it’s long. Line goes by fast depending on how many cashiers. There is usually about 4-5 cashiers and one fitting room person. (This store needs to hire more people and perhaps pay more so your employees can provide better customer service)"

"A good variety of brand name merchandise mixed and displayed at very lower prices. Bargains and savings depends of the time digging for the treasures."
