"I walked into the store and I didn't get greeted but 2 ladies stared at me with a rude face. I believe their names were Virginia and Jessica. The whole time I was in the store there were about 7 people in the store and those 2 ladies never stopped talking to even try to assist any of them."
"Went to this location yesterday while shopping an employee, possibly a manager (do to her looking older and was giving direction to the other employees) was being extremely rude and targeting a customer. The customer was visibly queen/trans full outfit and makeup shopping in the women’s section, while shopping the employee came up to the customer “hi SIR can I help you” customer stated no and continued shopping. Same employee once again basically announced almost as if she was trying to embarrass the customer “OH SIR ARE YOU READY” more than once. The customer clearly had enough of her shenanigans and corrected her. This is unacceptable behavior we live in a different time and if she feels some type of way she clearly needs to find a job that doesn’t require her working with customers apart of all communities. If this is the type of employees this company hires as a face to represent their company then the company needs reevaluate their standards."
