"After driving over to pick up an online order I’m being told that I have to wait until 2 pm because they closed to conduct inventory. Not sure why inventory is being conducted on a weekend especially in a mall. They manager comes to the door and annoyed points to the sign. Well who should be annoyed the customer that drove 20 minutes that now has to wait an hour or manager who decided to conduct inventory on a weekend in a store mall. Whatever happened to common sense?"
"If your black they won't greet you when you walk in the store! It 3 workers in the nobody said anything. The very heavy set lady will walk around you as if you was stealing. This by far have been the worst experience I have had at any torrid In the last 3 months I have visited at least all the torrid store in San Antonio. Worst store ever!!!"
"I like this location it’s nice and associates are helpful. I just feel the clothes fit different. First time trying apparel from there clothes are nice but I don’t like the way the fit."
"One of my favorite stores in general but the staff here was really friendly and approachable. All of them very helpful and friendly they made the entire vibe in the store a very comfortable and relaxed shopping experience. They made sure I was aware of the sales going on and helped with availability questions. Store was well stocked & maintained for a smaller location. The fitting rooms were clean and the return rack kept being worked/ was never too full"
"Had a bad experience with the North star location so came to this one, went in needing to be sized or help with correct bra size was ignored by associate in the bra department, left only to have to come back and try and get help. Had to ask associate from earlier for help and was told she would be able to help me if size she recommended didn't fit. Was more concerned with putting out stock than actually helping me. Ended up getting size down from her "recommendation" without trying on. Had to get home and pray they fit because I couldn't return. Very disappointing visit."
