My kids love the clothes here and I probably so by once a week just to look in anytime in at south park mall. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. "Good deals and cute stuff! When we went yesterday around 12:30 the cashier told us to hold on and literally sent a text in front of us. Then when she was done with her phone she checked us out. This is rude customer service! You should not be texting in front of customers or making us wait for you to send a text. What is that?"
"Because of the covid I stayed home for sometime. When I began to go shopping at old navy again. I was told my credit was not active. I told them I had not been out because of covid. They said I had to call and talk to someone for a second time. I was on the phone there for over 45 minutes giving them private information. I had been shopping all day so I was tired. And my health compromised. I just hung up and walked out."
