"Came into express with my boyfriend to try on clothes, I had set down a plate of food I had taken from Kona grill and the rude girl (by the name Lauren) just went ahead and threw it away when I told her it was mine she went on to say “who leaves food there, I mean” with a smile on her face. I eventually was able to speak to a manager but Doesn’t erase nor does it take away the bad taste from the experience. Definitely not going to be coming back here. Corporate office do better on who you hire and or train. The disrespect she upholds and how rude her comment was, honestly never makes me want to shop here again. Thank you to the manager for making it better."

I forgot the name of the floor associate but I do believe she is the manager (we spoke about the former styles express discontinued [photographer suit] and she informed me of the new styles). Thanks for a great experience."

"Liz is the most amazing person I have met, she makes you feel well. She is honest and kind. I recommend her so much, she could pick an outfit that suits your body and looks great. I also want to say that I had thought I lost my bags and I went the next day she had found them and held them. She needs to get promoted no one like her and don't forget she's always in a good mood."
