"Yesterday my daughter and I went to this location hoping to find some jeans and tops. I love this brand and have always had great customer service but today we had several pieces we wanted to purchase but waited and waited for an employee to check us out and no one ever did. It was so bad that another customer asked us to check them out thinking we worked there. Just really odd and we ended up leaving and buying several things at another store. Really disappointed in this store."
"Can’t say enough about the positive customer service experience I had in the store during the heavy holiday shopping season. I had accidentally made an incomplete online sale. I went in the store and explained that I thought I have made the purchase last month. But goods net arrived. The sales associate quickly gathered the items and even offered a gift box, (rare these days). So easy and pleasant to deal with during this busy time."

The store is always clean and organized. You can tell they take pride in their customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
