"I was standing in front of the checkout desk for over 10 minutes. Two employees passed by me and did not offer help. I totally understood why. It was because I was not buying anything. I was trying to return something. They offered help to customers walking in after me but ignored my existence simply because I was not bringing extra profits to them. Don’t I just regret giving them business! By the way, they can’t do return for your online order. They’ll just tell you that you purchase outlet items and go drive to San Marcos to return."

"Bought a shirt online that had a hole in it after one wash. Drove 18 miles to return the shirt but this store wouldn't take the return because I bought it online from Banana Republic Outlet. The website said banana republic, your store says banana republic, you should have taken the return. I left the store and bought everything I needed elsewhere."

"Ok selection of clothing, always good sales and unfortunately bad management. Recently my wife and I had a bad experience (not the first) with one manager who refused to help with a simple request. We were trying to use our rewards but didn’t have the card at hand yet they were able to find the account in the system but refused to help. We asked the manager to make a call and figure out how we can use the rewards and we would pay the difference in card or cash but again she refused.As holder’s of the Banana Republic credit card we are disappointed of the service. Management needs to improve"
