"Very good place to shop when in the area. They have an entire selection just for underwear and sleep. The the other part of the store is dedicated to actual clothing. Very easy to find exactly what you are looking for."
"I have shopped there a few times and enjoyed my experiences, but today was a disaster. There were two sales associates working and had 2 lines fir check out, but did not notify anyone of such. Not to mention that there were two individuals in the store not wearing a mask at all. The doors leading into the store indicate that everyone entering are supposed to wear a mask. Yet when I advised two different sales associates, neither seemed concerned or acknowledged that they were aware of the two customers in question. I will not be returning to this store. It is obvious that if no one is monitoring the well being of their customers while they are shopping in the store, are they following CDC cleaning recommendations?"
"My daughter and I shop this store at times when we’re looking for a wider selection or very specific things. We live near the Selma TX area and frequent the store at the Forum. I’m so accustomed to the wonderful customer service at the Forum’s location. The sales staff at the Rim location continue to disappoint. They hover around without offering much support; especially the taller, older lady. I will not return to this location and will make a formal report to corporate. This location is creating a bad look for such a great company."
