"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ***LAURA SHOULD BE FIRED!!!*** It's very obvious this person needs training or needs to be fired. I don't know if she hates people, just hates her job, or both. I am floored at how this woman is still employed in a customer service position. She's very unprofessional. She's not willing to help. It's like pulling teeth to get her to do her job. And she's proud to be rude! I had come in to do an online return. Apparently, Francesca's has an outdated system for this. So, I was asking her to call the corporate office so we can get more assistance since she couldn't figure out how to do the return. She told me to go home and call customer service and then come back to do the return once they tell me what to do. I'm sorry, but I took time to go to the store so I wouldn't have to waste more time on something that shouldn't have been so complicated in the first place. And when I asked her to call, it was as if I asked her to go in the back and scrub the toilets. She knew she was a problem, because she made sure to circle her name on my receipt before she dismissed me. It's a shame, because I really like the products being sold. But, I can't go into this store if it means dealing with someone that takes pride in ruining my experience. Why would I want to shop here if the people employed make me feel not wanted here? I really hope someone reads all these reviews and does something about it."

"Went in there to get a Mother’s Day gift. Tara, who was working the registers, helped me pick out something thoughtful which I’m sure my mother will love. Was a bit nervous being a male walking into a primarily female boutique but she helped me feel comfortable. Had a great shopping experience"

"The manager, Laura was terribly unprofessional. My daughter stepped out of the dressing room to look for something in a different size, at the front of the store. She was confrontational because a customer was waiting to try on a single item. We had been trying on clothing for almost an hour and had a dressing room full of clothing. She rudely demanded to know where my daughter was because someone else was waiting instead of offering to help her look for the item she was searching for in a different size. Terrible customer service!"
