"They have cute clothes. But one of the workers, an older Asian man, kept staring at me and my sisters and thought we were going to steal one of the sunglasses and said he was going to check the cameras, even though we didn’t take anything."

"The customer service in this place is lacking. On the date of purchase I was assisted by a sales lady named Yang, who I informed that I was looking for a Christmas purchase for my daughter in law. I was concerned about it not fitting and that I lived over 2 hrs away and only in SA for a few more days due to work. I spent about an hour in the store contemplating on this purchase because I was not sure if the size would fit my daughter in law. I asked if there was a sister store in my city incase the dress didn’t fit that I could do a return at, which she stated there was not. The sales lady Yang supported my decision to move forward with the purchase because she assured me that I would be able to bring the item back should it not fit within 15 days. The dress did not fit and looked horribly cheaply made once on, upon returning the item to the store the sales lady indicated that she remembered me and that she had provided a “favor” to honor a return for store credit only. This was not my understanding, we had already established that there was NOT a store in my city and that I was NOT from SA and only working here for a few more days. Why would I purchase something that I wouldn’t be able to return and only obtain store credit for!? Granted, there may have been a communication barrier and with that a misunderstanding of the “return” process that was verbalized to me. I’ll give that benefit of doubt, however, this business would not budge on making an exception to provide a good customer service experience. At one point Yang raised her voice and accused me of being selfish by stating that I was “only thinking of my self” asking for a refund and not “thinking about her” (to which I didn’t understand the point she was making. I was returning a product that did not work and wanted my money back. Her statement was inappropriate and unnecessary, I asked her to discontinue yelling as I was being respectful and expected the same. I request to have a number of upper management to discuss and it took an act of Congress to obtain. I called the owner “Kai” who stated he was informed of the situation and that he has been in business for over 20 years (or maybe 30 years. I couldn’t really understand him) and has never given a refund back and again only reiterated a store credit as a “favor”, even though I was well within the 15 return policy. He also went on to say a few more words before ultimately saying that no refund would be issued and hung up. I’m sorry Kai, but your customer service is horrible. Jeana, who I believe was a shift manager on duty, processed my return and issued a store credit and compromised with my situation by extending the 60 day validity of the store credit for me since I was not from this area and there was no sister store in my city. Hopefully I won’t have an issue when time comes to utilize the store credit. Thank you Jeana for having a better sense of customer service than your sales lady Yang and your business owner Kai. My daughter in law moved to Cali a day after Christmas and I do not fit into this clothing so hopefully I’ll be able to make some use of this store Credit somehow, but I won’t be “shopping” here ever again. Kai and Yang need to take a customer service / business interaction class. Kindness goes a long way, you work in retail, your not saving lives. Don’t make a situation unnecessarily bigger than it need to be."

"Found this gem by accident and SO glad we did. My daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and we had been looking everywhere with no luck. Ended up leaving with TWO and well under $100 for both dresses combined. We will definitely be back."

"I went to NorthStar to go to Windsor in a time crunch, but I stumbled upon this gem instead. I needed to find a dress for a group photoshoot and I found it here for a good price! All the dresses I looked at were less than $40 and they have a variety of styles and colors here. If I ever need another dress for a formal event or even for a night out, I’ll definitely come check out this place again. In the dressing rooms they had flyers up saying if the item doesn’t fit & you damage the dress in any way, you’ll need to buy it. I think that’s pretty reasonable because at large chain stores like Forever 21, I’d come across a bunch of clothes that are damaged on the sale floor. This type of store doesn’t have the kind of money/stock to replace an item that gets damaged in the dressing room by someone that doesn’t even buy it. I’ll definitely be back here to shop soon because it was hard to choose between some of the dresses I tried on."
