"This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Cato. The sales associates, who did not greet me, were gossiping about how they've never seen me in the store before. They also made sure to shout across the store for my son not to climb a clothing rack, which I was watching and was about to reprimand. They offered no help and stood behind the counter with a rude face the whole time. When I went to check out, they were friendly with the family behind me but not with me. They could use some refreshing in customer service."
"I love running into Cato’s. I scan there sale racks and pick up individual items to update my wardrobe for each season. I have been many sizes and I never leave empty handed! I make my last stop at their jewelry sale and other items that are in style. I loose earrings so they are perfect for everyday wear."
