"The store resembles an outlet store. It was a mess clothes were all wringled and a mess. The "girls" who I am assuming were there to help with taking your payment were too busy taking selfies. When I asked if they were to busy to cash me out they were offended. Their was an individual with blond hair who was the only person to ask if I needed assistance. The woman n taking care of the dressing rooms was also pleasant. I have shopped Ann Taylor for years. What a disappointing experience. I will be re evaluating shopping at Ann Taylor in the future., especially at the Lacantera location."
"Good experience shopping, yet a lot of people in the store wearing no mask at all, we are in the middle of the pandemic and numbers are on the rise again, people need to be careful, just wear your mask, Not even the employees were aware of the risks around. Excelent customer service."
"I went into Ann Taylor and the lady working there came to ask me if I needed help, but then I noticed she was lingering in the area as I was shopping. I felt uncomfortable, like she was making sure I wasn't going to steal. Then they watched me leave after their frumpy clothes didn't fit. Corporate definitely needs to retrain or find new employees."
