"Lately, they've been packed and they don't ever have enough shopping baskets. The line to check out is literally about to go out the door. It's absurd. I would definitely avoid going on the weekends. The inventory is mediocre. The Homegoods section has way better selection than the clothing portion."

"I come here literally every other day and have never had an issue until today. So I understand it’s busy because of Christmas coming up but whoever the girl was on register 5 today at 2:30 was very rude. Everything was disorganized so when it was our turn to check out we were directed to register 7 but turns out someone was already there checking out. So we waited and proceeded to register 5 and she said she already pushed her button for the next customer. She acted like we cut in line when we literally waited our turn. Not my fault we were directed to an already busy register. She gives me a nasty look and didn’t even say thank you. I work in customer service too so I understand we all have bad days but you NEVER let it show when serving guests. I did not like how this girl acted towards me at all. Fix your attitude"

"Lots of clothes that have been picked over, not too many major brands. Some of their coats are nice. I didn't get a chance to eye shop Home goods, however I prefer Ross over TJ Max anyway. The employees are helpful and kind."

"If you hire new personnel, please give them appropriate training for the cashier area, collection, product change! Today I went to make a size change (same product) and the cashier did not want to make the change (product purchased yesterday) she wanted to give me the $ in a gift card so I could make the new purchase later! I asked the cashier why and I told her I didn't agree! It would be better to return the $ to my card and I would make the new purchase! The cashier got upset, and everything new I bought I threw in the bag (glass things) I told her that because she didn't wrap it, they could break and she threw the bag at me! I don't usually review places but I think the cashier was arrogant, and her attitude is not appropriate to serve a customer! As a customer, it is not my fault that the employees at the checkout do not know the process of making a product change at the checkout and that it is easier for them to put the money on a gift card! Which in the end costs the company more because they use an unnecessary gift card! and please purchase more shopping carts for this particular store, there is never one available!"
