"I’m not the type of person to write negative reviews, but please be warned going to this Old Navy location. I was unable to get her name, but cashier #3527408 asked my partner if he wanted to sign up for a rewards program which he agreed to, no where did she say that this was a credit card. Even when asked for personal information, the cashier claimed this was “only for verification purposes” and again, not once did she mention this was a credit card. When my partner & I went back to try to cancel this card in store, the cashier who misled us immediately walked away from her manager and while dealing with management, the manager was extremely entitled, rude, and overall unhelpful."

"The manager is very rude. When I was trying to return some items her tone was very off putting and she had a snark look on her face. I understand if things can’t be returned but you don’t have to be rude about it right off the bat. Managers should work on better customer service"

"So I just wanted to share my latest experience here, and let people know to please listen to the cashiers when they check you out. This is either a single isolated experience, or the management and/or ownership, are making the cashiers intentionally scan a paper putting a $5.00 donation to a charity called "Imagine Mission Donation Drive". Now the only reason I didn't go back into the store after seeing it on my receipt, is because 1. The donation is going to a cause that helps, and 2. The cashier put discounts on my items. The reason am so upset about this, is because the cashier didn't ask if I wanted to make a donation, they just added it onto my bill. Now apparently my wife heard them say they were going to be doing this, but I didn't, and neither one of us confirmed or denied the addition of said donation. The reason I didn't catch on, besides not paying attention, is because multiple pieces of papers were scanned to add the "discounts" to the transaction. If this isn't isolated, and other people have experienced the same thing, then this is a very shady practice, and I don't appreciate it. Even despite the fact that it's going to a cause to help, that fact that it's done in this way is very distasteful."

"Same old navy store (see what I did there). No real enhancements since the pandemic downtime. Oh well, prices remain the same, selection staid the same. Picked up some decent jeans for a nice nickel. -1 star for the entire place smelling like musky man sweat."

"This store is nice and the staff is nice, that’s why I’m giving the store 5 star reviews. However, Old Navy has become extremely expensive. If I had known I was going to spend $95 on two toddler outfits and a toddler sweater (that was on sale) then I would have just gone to Dillard’s where I could have spent the same amount of money for two toddler outfits that are designer brand name clothes and much better quality. I won’t be shopping at Old Navy anymore."
