"I was shopping for a gift. I must of looked puzzled when Gracian appeared pushing a cart full of items and asked if he could be of assistance. He looked up a price of an item that was unmarked and had it priced. I understand the young man works in the back. All I can say is this young man should be on the floor helping your customers . He is one who exemplifies customer service and a very sweet and caring young man. Great job in hiring him. He should be looked at for a promotion to a higher position. Will continue on shopping here and Bragg on his and your stores great customer service."
"This place had to be the most cleanliness TJ Max that I have been to. Thie TJ Max reminded me alot of Marshalls with the products they sell. However, it was decent for the prices. The only thing I would recommend it to add more cashiers especially during holiday weekends. It took 30 mins to check out as there were only three check out lanes for about 50 customers. Overall, I will return for future business."
